Aussie Dog Kennels offers 3 options for pickup or delivery:
FREE
- Pick up from one of our stockists across Australia. (carrier freight surcharges apply to some remote locations)
$149 Delivery (*to most locations for one kennel)
- Delivery direct to your business or residential address on a tail-lift truck OR
- Delivery to your local freight depot for pickup (please contact us to arrange a depot pick up)
Aussie Kennels offers flat-rate delivery direct to your business or residential address from our warehouse in California.
Returns
In the unlikely event that there's an issue with your kennel, please contact us for a return authorizationauthorisation and to arrange return shipment.
Aussie Dog Kennels will cover return shipment for any manufacturing quality issues that cannot be rectified. For all other returns shipping is at the customer's expense.
Refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of sale on unopened flat-pack units in good condition. Refunds will be processed in full less any transaction fees not refunded by payment providers.
