Aussie Dog Kennels offers 3 options for pickup or delivery:

FREE

• Pick up from our warehouse at Virginia, Brisbane
• Pick up from one of our stockists across Australia

$149 Delivery (*to most locations for one kennel)

• Delivery direct to your business or residential address on a tail-lift truck OR 
• Delivery to your local freight depot for pickup (please contact us to arrange a depot pick up)

Returns

In the unlikely event that there's an issue with your kennel, please contact us for a return authorisation and to arrange return shipment.

Aussie Dog Kennels warranty covers structural framework for 10 years. All other components are covered under "normal use" conditions for 12 months.

Aussie Dog Kennels will cover return shipment for any manufacturing quality issues that cannot be rectified. For all other returns shipping is at the customer's expense.
